Rajalakshmi Vidyanand Nesargi

Founder

Ms. Nesargi is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property (IP) Law. Her practice spans general corporate advisory, HR and employment law, IP asset management and strategy, contract negotiation and drafting, online dispute resolution, and litigation.

She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire, USA (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), a globally recognized institution for IP studies.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Nesargi has made significant contributions to the legal and academic community. She has co-authored books on Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, and while at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, she advised the Ministry on Copyright law reforms for the music industry.

Her commitment to legal education extends to her work with Manupatra, one of India’s leading online legal research platforms, where she developed a specialized course on Trademark Law. She is also a regular speaker and guest lecturer at corporates, universities, and IP conferences, and has served as a judge at numerous national and international moot court competitions on intellectual property law.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Nesargi is passionate about yoga, aerobics, and meditation, and finds creative expression through sketching, painting, and reading non-fiction

K.R. Subramanian

He has extensive expertise in the finance sector, having worked in the banking sector before transitioning to legal practice. He routinely advises startups, corporate entities and individuals.

He appears before various courts as litigating lawyer and is empaneled as an arbitrator, mediator/conciliator on multiple online dispute resolution platforms including Sama and CORD.

He enjoys long walks, practicing yoga, advising college students and young professionals on cyber frauds.
